Organic Olive Oil Blend Sotirali

Place: Mesohori-Vatika, Monemvasia county

Region: Laconia, Southern Peloponnese, Greece

Character: Olive variety: Athinolia, Koroneiki

Harvest: Early harvest until mid-November

Production: first cold pressing (up to 27 oC), obtained by mechanical processes.

Tip: make a flavorful marinade or salad dressings. Ideal for cooking and can be heated up to 210 oC.
