We have refined the already existing olive variety Athinolia by reducing the normal temperature during cold pressing again from 26˚to 23˚ degrees. A quantum leap that can be tasted. It feels like you leave an olive melt in your mouth. Athinolia consists of 100% of our native variety, which is high in health-promoting polyphenols.

- Character: high piquant and medium bitter flavor. Taste of fresh olive, vegan.
